Break Down the Walls of Your Classroom

Provide your students with access to the outside world, and connect them with peers across the globe via technological tools including virtual field trips, Mystery Skype, Google Hangouts, blogging, student-created video, YouTube, websites and social media. Class will begin with an emphasis on digital citizenship including lessons for student privacy and safety. Break down the walls of the classroom and create (or shape,
